I don’t know about you, but I get very frustrated sometimes, trying to set up meetings with several different people. All those emails chasing back and forth, and having to keep on top of it.
Anyway, I’ve now found a free-to-use application online (small charge for a smartphone app), to which I can sub-contract a large part of the job!
It’s called Doodle and it’s at www.doodle.com. You don’t even have to register, but I recommend you do. However, you might not want to share your contacts address book – that’s up to you.
There’s an easy walk-through menu where you can set up all the details, with a range of suggested meeting times and the email addresses of your invitees. Doodle then does all the sending and collating and lets you know when people have replied.
Try it out! With luck it will be one more thing to make your life even more joyful!
