I was at a client’s today to fix a network problem and saw the tidiest computer desktop I have ever seen.
The network issue was a broken cable, causing an intermittent fault, disconnecting the wired devices from the internet, it took an hour or so of tracing and testing cables to find the faulty one and replace it. Martin and I carry a comprehensive selection of spares, tools, software and testing equipment to solve many problems during our first visit and often within the first hour. Making us exceptionally good value.
