At Octagon we spend a lot of time on support and help lines sorting problems for our clients. Some of which we find are neither “helpful” or “supportive” and you just feel their “press one for support etc” is put there just to annoy you. One of the funniest things we get when we call one support line is they give us a choice of the music they will play whilst you wait – fortunately you can choose silence! And let’s not start on BT.
Question: if you work in IT how many different things can you think that BT stands for?
