Today I have been to a variety of client sites and I have been helping others on the phone. I had one call today which was a little confusing at first, it started like this “we can’t access the shared drive”.
A few minutes in to the conversation I had worked out the issue. It didn’t take long as they mentioned to me that they had had a fuse go. So the power had gone off.
