Hi all, firstly let me apologise for not blogging last week.
Occasionally we get an emergency call out for one of our contract client’s. Last week I was called out in the early evening as a server had decided to misbehave due to an update.
Our contract client’s know that we will usually be able to sort them out within a short period of time. So they can carry on business as usual.
