We have been using Heart Internet’s web hosting services on behalf of our clients for over a decade now, but due to detriorating performance, reliability, support and communications we have finally had to call it a day with this company.
Over the last few weeks we have been trialling another hosting service with ICUK, an industry award-winning company, who have proved to be in another league in all the above areas.
As we move forward together with ICUK we would like to assure our clients there will be no disruption to their web hosting and email services during the migration, and everyone will be kept fully-informed at all stages.
Hi Graham, Communication is excellent both by email and telephone, with proper answers to technical issues and enquiries. Performance is faster in terms of website response times and they provide a more secure environment than Heart. Some of Heart’s security practices, we discovered, were questionable putting it mildly. One thing to bear in mind is that ICUK only operate on a wholesale basis.
I’d be interested to know how you get on. Like yourselves I’ve been with Heart for years and am contemplating a move.
