So what happens when you have an employee who has left your company under a cloud and deleted all of their data which is related to the company?
Recently an employee of a large organisation left and before they did, thought it would cause a lot of disruption if they deleted all their email and their data from the Sharepoint system.
This person was not very I.T. savvy and didn’t realise that we could get it all back with a few clicks.
With Office 365 if this happens it is retained for 30 days to start with. So easily recoverable as we proved to our client.
In the past before Office 365 was implemented this would have only been possible from backups and would have taken far longer. Also we may have not been able to recover everything intact.
