Now most IT companies will be trying to figure this out and find out that there is absolutely no information contained in the logs. I was at one of our client’s offices yesterday and they had this issue. Strange that one minute it was working then print and reboot!!
It has been traced now to another Microsoft update similar to the one that affected Brother printers a few months ago.

At the moment there is no fix for this as Microsoft haven’t released one yet. The only way to resolve this is to remove the update and then pause the update procedure until a patch has been released.
This isn’t advisable as not having your PC patched can affect security.
