The first item I’d like to highlight this week, is a good news story. It is the success of the students from Girvan Academy, in the NCSC CyberFirst Girls Competition Scotland.
The UK Government’s controversial draft Online Safety Bill has not been amended or dumped yet – with the The Internet Society now joining the criticism of it. It is time for you to get involved and make your own mind up about it.

However the main headline this week comes from last Friday and is the call from the National Cyber Security Centre for all UK organisations to improve their cyber security.
