Following on from my July article where I told you about our excellent IT support services… but that could just be sales talk. Let me explain how we get to help our clients in the way we do.
IT Support
I will start with the people. We have a well trained and experienced small team of people who work together to make sure our clients’ technology does not stop them from working.
To enable this Diana and I make many resources available to our people so they can deliver on our promises.
Is this expensive to you? No – we have nearly thirty years of delivering IT support to micro and small businesses, we know what you need and what you do not need.
Cyber Security
Our commitment to delivering cyber security to our small and medium clients has recently been enhanced by me going back to university to earn a Masters Degree in Advanced Computer Security and Digital Forensics.
What does this mean? I have a grounding in both how to deliver good cyber security and how to investigate incidents. As part of the course I studied the management and governance of compliant cyber security and my dissertation was on better governance for small businesses using Microsoft 365.
Security Stack
With this knowledge we have built an effective security stack into our IT Support offerings. Ranging from remote monitoring and management tools, through advanced protection and backup products to our Security Operations Centre (SOC), that gives the organisation 24/7 continuous monitoring, alerts and response to incidents.
These services start from as little as £10 a month – give us a call and see what they can do for you.
If you are a larger organisation that has its own in-house or contracted IT support we can work with them to provide them and you with the protection of our SOC.
