Why can’t I add the email to a group and just send?
If you are sending email to a small amount of people this will work but you could risk damaging your company’s reputation on the Spam front and if you attempt to send it to more than a specified amount of people then if you are with Microsoft for example you risk getting your account blocked and it will take an administrator to unblock you.
