We have been dealing with an issue for a client this morning where he has decided to add a WordPress plugin to his site, which when he activated it has apparently made the site unavailable. Not what he planned.
We are now working with the hosting company to try and sort this out for the client before he has to explain the issue to the board this evening.
Three things to note arising from this problem, before doing anything game changing:
- Always backup.
- Get some advice.
