Remote Working – Working from Home online session with Clive

In light of the current unprecedented COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation we understand that many of you are thinking about or have already switched to working from home to avoid unnecessary social contact. Our aim is to provide support and assistance in the best way possible to help you change to this new way of working.

As the Coronavirus situation is a first-time experience for everyone we want to reassure you that we are here to help. Therefore, we’re running the ‘Remote Working – Working from Home’ Session with Clive via Teams on Friday 20^th March at 11am.

Objectives:

To provide information about the right tools to help you work from home and keep your data safe.
To provide guidance on the best practice when working from home.

Invitation Only Online Discussion

Please note that this session is by invitation only, meaning that you have to let me know as soon as possible that you are interested in joining and send me your email address (see below). There are twenty places this time but we will run another session if there is demand. I need your email address by 9am Friday morning.

Instructions

You will need to have Microsoft Teams installed on a device – available from any of the app stores. Install it and log in using an email address you have registered as a Microsoft account.

This is easy if you have Microsoft 365 (any version) as it will be the email address associated with that – Teams installs as part of Office 365 for Business so you are ready to join us.

If you do not have Office 365, but you have a Windows laptop and you have logged into that using an email address – that is an email address associated with Microsoft, use that.

If you have an Outlook.com, Hotmail or Live email address use that.

If you are still having problems then please call and one of our engineers will be happy to help.

Once you let me know you are happy to join the session I will email you a link shortly before the discussion begins. Please watch out for the email from me on Friday morning.
