At the end of each year many of us slow down and rethink about what happened during the past months, contemplating what went well, what did not so much and what can be improved. I’m sure many of us hugely anticipate the New Year and look forward to starting new plans, achieving new goals and discovering new opportunities.
We’re happy we could be with you in 2020 supporting you, sharing our knowledge and experience with you all. Our weekly Free Friday online sessions proved to be essential listening for many of our clients and we are incredibly proud and happy we could deliver this online learning to you. It has been wonderful to answer all your questions, put the end to your concerns and watch how many of you adapted to the new technology and started using it with confidence.

“This year has been memorable in so many ways, very sad and lonely for many as we know, but also amazing. There was a huge growth in communities working together to help each other, a big drop in pollution which has given us all ideas on how to help meet the challenges of climate change, and possibly a new appreciation of our families! What has struck us too is how businesses have supported each other through the year, and how there has been a huge upsurge in creativity and innovative ways of working. As a business community we probably moved ten years ahead in our use of technology and business meetings may never go back to the way they were – all that time travelling, eating bland and boring networking meeting meals, all those coffee meetings in overpriced pretentious coffee houses – although we do miss the curry lunches we used to go to! We have saved money and been more productive with our time – win-win. Now the vaccine is coming and sometime in the middle of next year we can possibly start socialising again, but we think the zoom quiz is probably here to stay!
