So I got this text last night. It looks normal enough, but it isn’t!
The NHS doesn’t usually refer to itself as a health department although they do have other specific departments that they use. Also the link looks incorrect, it would usually be NHS related or have a .gov or a .uk address if it was going to be legit. This prompted me to do some more digging. I put the number in to a well known search engine.
Not many results on this one, but then I found a small bit of info. The link is to a fake website that then asks you to put in details to pay for the postage.
By doing that you have just given them everything they need to steal your money and your identity. Your Name, Your Address, and your bank details.
