Ben

Ben joined the team in April of 2018 with decades of computing experience and a bachelors degree in computing. With a specialty in troubleshooting and repair, as client support he works with the team to keep things running smoothly, the customers happy, contributing towards the company’s main values: Responsiveness, Reliability and Reassurance, delivering Technology Without Tears. Ben’s role has expanded since joining the team at Octagon and he now also contributes towards the administrative duties being a valuable team member.
